En-route possible stopovers include visit Ssezibwa Waterfalls to explore the cultural importance attached to this scenic falls, take pictures then proceed to Mabira Forest, a beautiful natural forest with variety of primates, birds, and tree species.

At Mabira Forest, have the best of guided nature/forest walk for you to keep an eye on different birds, trees and primates etc. After, proceed to Jinja while viewing the extensive tea and sugarcane plantations en-route.
