Tour Overview

This 3day Queen Elizabeth National Park Wonders unveils most of the beautiful nature in the jungle that Queen Elizabeth has to offer. This park is known for its sculptured landscape with rolling grassy hills and its idyllic Crater Lake shores with a variety of different species of mammals. It’s the world’s most biodiversity wildlife sanctuary featuring lions, leopards, chimpanzees, hippos, African elephants and Cape buffaloes, not forgetting the beautiful launch cruise along Kazinga Channel.

Itinerary

Day 1; Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

You will be picked up by our safari guide/ driver after your breakfast, followed by briefing on the 3 days Queen Elizabeth Tour. There will be a number of stopovers including at the Uganda Equator along Masaka road. Here you will be able to stand in both the northern and southern hemispheres and also experiment how water swirls in different directions when placed in the northern and southern hemispheres. Take photos and even buy some of the beautiful souvenirs. Head straight to lodge.

Overnight; Enshama Game Lodge

Day 2; Game drive and boat cruise at Queen Elizabeth National Park

After your early morning breakfast, set off for an early game drive that exposes us to diverse animals including hipos, warthogs, hunchback carnivals like hyenas, lions are spotted along the circuits as we drive along if it’s your lucky day, and many more species that are residents to this park. There is a rich birdlife especially our version of storks in the wetland spots as we reach the flamingoes in the salt lakes at Kasenyi.
In the afternoon after lunch, enjoy a boat cruise on the famous Kazinga Channel, a 36km channel linking Lake George and Lake Edward. Here you’ll see land and water adapted hippos yawning, the National Geographical society killing machine, the Nile crocodile, gaping along the banks and savannah version of pigs, the warthog-Pumba are a hallmark sign in this animal home. With your binoculars along the peninsula, you’ll have a magnificent view of birds and animals like the ever-playing. After return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Overnight; Enshama Game Lodge

Day 3; Chimpanzee Tracking at kalinzu and Transfer to Entebbe

After your early breakfast, you will head to kalinzu forest reserve headquarters for some briefing upon chimpanzee trekking. Enjoy the walk through the forest and the fascinating meeting with the chimpanzees. After the trek, embark on the drive back to Entebbe with several beautiful views. Drive back through to Kampala as we have reached the end of the 3 days Queen Elizabeth wildlife safari tour in Uganda. Arrive Kampala or Entebbe in the evening.
